WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?
We will happily refund your order as long as you cancel 72 hours before your event date. Due to the perishable nature of the food purchased, your order is NON-REFUNDABLE within 72 hours of your selected event date.

DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP OR DELIVERY?
We are solely a local delivery-based service. Delivery in Gig Harbor is always FREE! We will deliver up to 15 miles from Gig Harbor for $15. Further than that, please contact us directly for a quote. 

CAN I ORDER FOOD AND HAVE IT SHIPPED TO ME?
Unfortunately we are a local Gig Harbor-based company. We offer FREE local delivery but at this time we are unable to safely ship our charcuterie boards out of our local area. 

THE DATE I WANT IS SOLD OUT. HELP!
We want to get a charcuterie board to you. Our scheduling system, at times, does not reflect our availability. Please email us at orders@harborcharcuterie.com and tell us your desired date and time and we will let you know what we can do. 

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH FOOD TO ORDER?
We have standardized our boxes/boards as follows:
Mini: 4" x 4" box serves 1 person
Duo: 7" x 7" box serves up to 2 people
Small: 10" x 10" box serves up to 4 people
Medium: 11" x 16" box/board serves up to 6 people
Large: 14" x 20" box/board serves up to 8 people
XL: 18" x 21" solid bamboo board serves up to 12 people

CAN I CHOOSE THE FOOD TO BE SERVED?
If you have a special order request please email us and we will do our best to make it happen. PLEASE NOTE: our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, and/or peanuts. If you or your guests has a severe food sensitivity please contact us directly to see if any accommodations can be made. 

DO YOU SERVE LARGE EVENTS LIKE WEDDINGS OR OFFICE PARTIES?
Absolutely! Grazing tables are a great way to feed your guests and we LOVE creating them. Our grazing tables start at $18 per person. Please send us an email at orders@harborcharcuterie.com with your event details. 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
We are completely cashless. We have plenty of options to pay online but we do not accept cash or personal checks.

IS A GRATUITY INCLUDED?
Thank you for showing your gratitude for our services! Gratuities are up to you and not included in the price of your order.
