I'm Andria. Owner and chief curator at Harbor Charcuterie Co.

This company started out simply as a way for me to express my creativity outside of my professional life as a Registered Nurse. 

But now? It has grown into so much more!

This business has taken off because of YOU! Our local community. And I truly cannot thank you enough. 

At Harbor Charcuterie Co. we pride ourselves in being Gig Harbor's PREMIER charcuterie curator.

What makes us different?

First, we start with only the highest quality meats and cheeses. We use only organic fruits and vegetables. And we are committed to sourcing local ingredients from our community whenever possible.

We also maintain a steadfast commitment to sustainability and reducing waste. To that end we use only compostable products with all our offerings.

We proudly offer a large selection of unique wooden charcuterie boards for you to purchase - and keep - as well.

When I'm not working, I share my life with my husband Justin, a firefighter/paramedic, and our daughter Sawyer. The Greek in me has an incessant need to feed people, and thankfully they love eating charcuterie as much as I love preparing it.
